Mahnaz is an architect who builds with purpose—whether she’s shaping a dense urban tower or reimagining a community clinic, her work consistently centres people, access, and long-term environmental performance. With more than 17 years of architectural experience across Toronto and internationally, she brings a calm, thoughtful, and highly organized approach to every project she joins.

Her work spans major residential towers, mixed-use blocks, community health facilities, office buildings, childcare centres, and adaptive reuse projects. She has contributed to thousands of residential units across the GTA, working on complex developments such as Lansing Square, Richmond Hill Country Club Residences, The Well, Scala, M2M, Lakeview Village, and a wide range of mid-rise and high-rise projects.

Mahnaz is also experienced in technically demanding public-sector retrofits, including the NetZero Retrofit of the OAA Headquarters, Parkdale Queen West CC. Her early background in building energy analysis continues to inform her design approach today, grounding her work in comfort, performance, and long-term sustainability.

She is known for her precise attention to codes, accessibility, and environmental detail, qualities that make her a steady collaborator for clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams navigating complex approvals and construction phases. Above all, she believes architecture should quietly support people’s everyday lives, and she approaches each project with clarity, honesty, and a strong commitment to community impact.
