Bashundhara Triangle

This mixed-use tower sits on a triangular site, bounded by the Bashundhara Canal and Bashundhara Convention Centre Road. It aims to be iconic in form, holding the corner opposite the iconic Apollo Hospital building; facilitating a commercial hub at the end of a major avenue. The program consists of a ground floor of retail, an amenity floor, and twelve stories of office space. The form intends to maximize site coverage and height restrictions, while subtly pushing and pulling to create pedestrian access, key views and maximum natural light. The glass façade filters the dramatic Dhaka sun through terracotta louvers.
