375 Kingston Rd

375 Kingston Road is a 34-storey mixed-use development located in Pickering. Positioned on one of the city's principal arterial streets and in proximity to Highway 401, the site enjoys strong regional connectivity and visibility at a gateway location between Pickering and the broader Greater Toronto Area. At 154,470 m² across four phases, the project is structured to be built incrementally, with two phases per podium, allowing the development to respond to market and community needs over time.

The site's corner location is a defining feature of the design, with the building's massing and exterior expression shaped directly in response to the intersection, lending the project a civic presence appropriate to its prominent position. A significant parkland dedication further distinguishes the proposal, introducing publicly accessible open space that does not currently exist in the area and offering a meaningful contribution to the surrounding neighbourhood.
