Specializing in Residential design, Raymond approaches Architecture with a seasoned eye and diverse skillset. Graduating with a bachelors or Architectural Science at Ryerson and a Masters of Architecture at Waterloo, Raymond is knowledgable in a variety of areas and brings over 6 years of working experience.

Prior to joining the Studio JCI, Raymond has had the opportunity to work on a variety of building typologies and scope. During this time, Raymond expanded his portfolio by working on small scale residential units, multi-unit stacked townhouses, mid-rise residentials and high-rise condominium towers.

Since joining the team, Raymond has gained experience in various stages of architecture projects including: feasbility studies, schematic design, building permit application, tender and bidding, and contract administration.
