Frank received his Masters in Architecture from acclaimed Tongji University in Shanghai, China. He brings 20 years of experience at Studio JCI. His repertoire spaces construction systems and building knowledge across the globe in different international markets. His expertise is fluid, having worked on projects in varying scales, from 10,000 to 100,000 square meters, and in diverse sectors such as Class A Office, Residential, and Industrial.

With Principal Sue Jean Chung, Frank is leading the contract documentation and construction administration of several projects for EMBLEM Developments, Clifton Blake Asset Management, and One Urban. Prior to joining Studio JCI, Frank produced real estate projects at Kirkor Architects and Planners for clients including The Daniels Corporation and Liberty Development.
