Andrés Gutiérrez de Piñeres is a Colombian architect. He graduated from the Pontifical Xavierian University and has four years of professional experience. During his studies, he had the opportunity to live in Madrid, Spain during an exchange program at Nebrija University in 2018 where he had an experience that allowed him to expand his perspective on architecture and embrace him to learn about new construction materials, BIM methodology and different ways to implement them in his projects.

Andrés began his career working in a Colombian design firm called David Restrepo Arquitectos, where he developed his skills in design, interior design, and construction management. During his three years at the studio, he was part of numerous residential high-end houses, including participation in the 2020 biennial of Colombian architecture, the interior design of the UAE embassy in Bogotá, and other corporate projects.

His interest in housing, technique, materials, and interior design continues to inspire his work. This is a reflection of what he has completed with his independent projects as an architect including renovation projects for country houses, interior design for apartments, and customized furniture design in his hometown Bogotá, Colombia.
